Klochkova golden in 200 IM

Ukrainian all-around swimmer Yana Klochkova became the first woman to win both individual medleys in two consecutive Olympics with her win in the 200. She flirted with Yanyan Wu's 1997 world record, but finished in 2:11.14. Amanda Beard won silver in 2:11.70. Zimbabwe's Kirsty Conventry won her second medal, a bronze, in 2:12.72. American Katie Hoff was seventh in 2:13.97.
